Artisan Market Nepal is a producer/manufacturer/exporter of rollover glass bead bracelets ,beaded jewelry and other Nepalese handicrafts. We have been exporting handicrafts goods to USA, EU, Japan, Canada, Singapore and Australia since 2012 AD. We offer market platform for home based handicraft producers of Nepal. We facilitate ordering, exporting and dissemination of market information and act as liaison between producers and international market. We accept credit card payment from global client. We do accept any size order and delivers to your door within 4 to 10 days using different courier services. By sending order from our website does not obligate you to buy. You just send us your order with desired quantities, we will then get back to you with shipping cost and delivery schedule. Once you agree then only you pay.
We are registered in Nepal under commerce department of Nepal Government (Registered number 103064/068/69).
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be started within two working days after order confirmation.
Note: For the products which goes through request for quotation, the time (lead time and shipping time) may vary and will be decided by two parties (buyer & seller).
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can initiate the return process within 2 days of product receipt (delivery acknowledgement received) if it meets the following criteria:
- Product must be in original condition
- Fee while returning will be covered by customer.
- Any product you returnmust be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the proof return the product within 2 working days after you initiate the return process
- The product(s) lost damaged because of shipment will be covered by the freight insurance of the freight forwarder (shipper). We highly suggest our customer to purchase the insurance while confirming the method of shipment.
- Return expense for the alteration of products while receiving will be covered by seller.
