About Handmade Handicraft
Handmade Handicraft, a family business that was established in the heart of Kathmandu, Nepal during 1970's with an aim to promote as much as Nepali handicrafts as possible. Nepali handicrafts have a uniqueness of their own and that is why we strongly encourage our clients on buying items that are made in Nepal.
Handmade Handicrafts as a website has been designed to be as simple and as easy as current technology allows us to be. We try and tend to all the queries sent to us prior any orders, which does not involve any monetary transactions. That is why we have not included any payment system in our website. However, through this site, we have facilitated all the functions of an e-commerce website and even more. Do feel free to contact us directly via email or any of the mobile applications listed. We hope to answer all of your queries as soon as we receive them.

Shipping Policy
Shipping will be started within two working days after order confirmation.
Note: For the products which goes through request for quotation, the time (lead time and shipping time) may vary and will be decided by two parties (buyer & seller).
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can initiate the return process within 2 days of product receipt (delivery acknowledgement received) if it meets the following criteria:
- Product must be in original condition
- Fee while returning will be covered by customer
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the proof return the product within 2 working days after you initiate the return process
- The product(s) lost damaged because of shipment will be covered by the freight insurance of the freight forwarder (shipper). We highly suggest our customer to purchase the insurance while confirming the method of shipment.
- Return expense for the alteration of products while receiving will be covered by seller.
