Chaitya Stupa Stupa of Gautam Buddha

Our “Chaitya Stupa” is the stupa made up of the mixture of bone and plastic named rexine. This stupa is of Gautam Buddha who is also known as “Light of the Asia” who is a philosopher, meditator, spiritual teacher and founder of “Buddhism”. This stupa portrays the four positions of Buddha in four directions which are Bhumisparsa Mudra representing the moment when Buddha became enlightened underneath the Bodhi tree, Dhyana Mudra representing his final meditation under the Bodhi tree when he attained enlightment, Abhaya Mudra representing the stage of Buddha’s life immediately after achieving enlightment and Varada Mudra representing the compassion mode.
