The team in the US and Nepal collaborated very quickly to meet the customer's demand and to help me get what I need on time. The conversation was very honest on what they can do or not able to do and I was very happy to see that. The items were reasonably priced and delivered within the shipping period. My only suggestion to the team is to work on the Website's UX experience. The performance of the website is very slow compare to the 21'st century standard.
