Prayer wheels are a Tibetan Buddhist device made up of a hollow metal, or wooden cylinder that contains a scroll with millions of mantras printed on them and wrapped around a spindle. Most of Himalayan Handmades prayer wheels are adorned with captivating embossed symbols, hand crafted by skilled artisans in the Kathmandu valley of Nepal. Ranging in size from small, hand-held wheels to large standing wheels that bedeck monestaries worldwide, prayer wheels are used by countless worshippers daily.
