Since all our products are handmade, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipping.
Customized or made-to-order items may take longer (we will update you with an estimated delivery time).

We ship orders through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Delivery within Nepal usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International shipping is available and may take 10–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Free shipping may be offered on promotional periods or for orders above a certain amount.

Return Policy
At Dreams Fashion, every crochet piece is handmade with love and care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer the following return policy:
•Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging.
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
• Process
To start a return, please contact us at dreamsfashion081@gmail.com .
Once approved, you may ship the product back to us (shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong).
• Refund/Exchange
After inspection, eligible returns will receive a refund (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange, as per customer preference.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
