Dhakal Herbs Traders is registered with Government of Nepal. This is a business organization involved in organic herbs and spices products available in Nepal since last 16 years. We promote marketing of products collected and produced by marginalised and low income group people from rural areas of high mountains and himalayas. This organization is advocating for the sustainable harvesting of forest product as well as promoting the domestication and production of such products in their own farm land to enhance their livelihoods. The organization is supporting such rural poor collectors and producer in providing good returns of their harvest. About 75% of the herbs and spices are collected from wild. The organization also ensures buy back guarantee with both the wild collectors and producer. The organisation offer limited amount of funding as advance enabling the producers to have increased access to financial resources for business. We ensure that buyers of our products will feel satisfaction with quality products in appropriate price.

Shipping Policy
Shipping will be started within two working days after order confirmation.
Note: For the products which goes through request for quotation, the time (lead time and shipping time) may vary and will be decided by two parties (buyer & seller).
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can initiate the return process within 2 days of product receipt (delivery
acknowledgement received) if it meets the following criteria:
- Product must be in original condition
- Fee while returning will be covered by customer
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the proof return the product within 2 working days after you initiate the return process
- The product(s) lost damaged because of shipment will be covered by the freight insurance of the freight forwarder (shipper). We highly suggest our customer to purchase the insurance while confirming the method of shipment.
- Return expense for the alteration of products while receiving will be covered by seller.
