Who can open a store on ExportfromNepal.com?
Any exporter, wholesaler, and retailer can open a store on ExportfromNepal.com. To open a store, you must meet the following requirements:
1. You must either be officially Nepali Exporter exploring only Made in Nepal goods or Nepali product-driven wholesaler/Retailer worldwide.
2. If the above condition meets you can register yourself as a seller with at least one internationally recognized bank account for receiving payment.
Does ExportfromNepal.com supply or sell products?
We currently do not sell products. Exportfromnepal.com is a marketplace providing an e-commerce platform where sellers of various “Made in Nepal” products can showcase their products. We will have a wide range of sellers from different parts of the world, who are solely responsible for the products & services they sell.
Does ExportfromNepal.com provide shipping services?
We do not involve directly in the shipping of the product which our customer purchased, but we always make sure about preparation, packing, and shipping on time. We have the most trusted partner carriers and forwarders who can work on behalf of us for a reliable and economic way of shipping and door-to-door delivery service. We strongly suggest our customers to use our partner carrier.

How can I register a seller account on ExportfromNepal.com?
You can register a seller account by clicking the ‘Seller Sign Up’ option available in our platform. As we have three different seller accounts, you can choose as many options (exporter, wholesaler and retailer) as per your requirement and company profile. Can I have more than one account?
It is not necessary to create a different account. While registering the seller account you can choose as many options (exporter, wholesaler and retailer) as per your requirement and company profile. With the same account you can sell the products in different categories and even buy products being a customer.
What if I forget my registered password?
In case you forget your registered password, we have an option to reset the password. Once you click on the ‘Sign In’ you can see the ‘Forgot Your Password’ option. As you click the option, you will be requested to enter your mail and reset your password. The mail will be sent to your email address, following which you can set a new password for your existing account.
How do I list items in my ExportfromNepal.com?

How can I register a buyer account on ExportfromNepal.com?
You can register a buyer account by clicking the ‘Sign In’ option available in the top right corner of our platform and then by clicking on the ‘Create An Account’ button. For a stepwise guide please Refer to our user manual.
In addition, any standard seller account also functions as a default buyer account. For the individual/entity having a seller account don’t need to create a separate buyer account to make a purchase.

How do I buy from an ExportfromNepal.com?
You can search your desired product by entering the product specific name in the search box. Just to search the product you do not need to have a customer account but if you wish to buy the product, you will be guided to create a customer account before you check out.
Or, you can even create an account before searching the product.
How do I find products/services on ExportfromNepal.com?
You can search for the desired products/services in the search box but you need to make sure with whom you are purchasing (exporter, wholesaler or retailer) by clicking on the options provided at the left side of the search box. Once you search for the item, you might find different suppliers for the similar products, you can choose the appropriate suppliers as per your requirement.
Is it possible to find product details, such as price, MOQ, shipping fee and shipment terms?
Once you find the right product from your search list, and click on the product all the product details, price, MOQ, shipping fee and shipment terms are available in the product detail page.
Why are there different prices for the similar products within the same business line (export, wholesale, retail)?
The price mentioned in the product solely depends upon the quotation of the seller themselves. As we have many sellers for similar projects the price might differ as per their quotation or quality of the products. It is upon you to choose the product and supplier as per your requirement.
How much time does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time does vary in accordance with the seller, your order quantity and shipment availability in the specific country. If you have ordered the bulk quantity, the tentative date will be provided by the seller when you receive the RFQ. In case of retail order the seller will provide the delivery date after receiving the order.
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order and make a payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package ships you will receive your tracking number and you can check the status order by clicking the link provided in the mail.
How do I contact suppliers?
You can either send a direct message to the supplier via our platform by clicking the ‘Message Supplier’ button available in the product detail page or you can get the further information of the supplier on the vendor profile.
Is it ok to contact suppliers outside of the ExportfromNepal.com platform?
We would encourage every customer and supplier to use exportfromnepal.com’s platform for contacting. It would be helpful in case of future dispute on order and purchase.
