Its jewelry represents the combination of the original and semi precious stones and sterling silver with quality craftsmanship. The sterling silver jewelry products are in the form of rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, and necklaces. The company has the expertise in manufacturing Tibetan and European designs. As compared to Tibetan designs, European designs are heavier and detailed with fine finishing.

The company was registered in the year 2057 BS by Mr. Hari Sinchuri as proprietor who has had long professional experience on hand. A team of 12 dedicated workers have been contributing their craftsmanship to the company’s overall performance.

The company’s existing customers are exporters, wholesalers and retailers. The company’s products are sold in both domestic and Indian market equally (i.e. 50% in each market). In Nepal, the business is spread to areas like Mangal Bazaar, Thamel, Lazimpat, and Boudha where the wholesalers and retailers are located. Out of 50% sales in the domestic market, 30% is sold to wholesalers, 15% to exporters, and 5% to retailers. In India its products are sold to traders and wholesalers of Dariba, Delhi. Apart from that, Nepalese retailers are also one of the major customers in India. Out of the total sales of the company. 85% takes place through personal selling and 15% through direct distribution.

In domestic market, the direct competition is from the small entrepreneurs who design and produce sterling silver jewelry in their own factory. In the Indian market the competitors are again the Nepalese sterling silver manufacturers and exporters who sell high quality silver ornaments. However, in the prevailing tough competition, the company has managed to position its products differently because of the competitive edge it possesses in areas of cost efeectiveness, quality assurance, and innovative designs.
