Our company (Naagiko Honey) is dedicated to providing pure organic honey and building the community through sustainable and scalable model, which includes innovative livelihood initiatives. The company has involvement of 60 rural farmers who are directly selling their honey through this company. Coming from an indigenous background, these communities are influenced by rhino poaching. However, these farmers for their lively hood are indulge in farming and bee harvesting. Our farmers harvest honey in the Silinge mountain located in Makwanpur (Nepal) where the bees feast on an abundance of Chiuri (Indian Butter) flowers. The focus of the company is to deliver the high quality honey produced and refined.

Shipping Policy
Shipping will be started within two working days after order confirmation.
Note: For the products which goes through request for quotation, the time (lead time and shipping time) may vary and will be decided by two parties (buyer & seller).
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can initiate the return process within 2 days of product receipt (delivery
acknowledgement received) if it meets the following criteria:
- Product must be in original condition
- Fee while returning will be covered by customer
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the proof return the product within 2 working days after you initiate the return process
- The product(s) lost damaged because of shipment will be covered by the freight insurance of the freight forwarder (shipper). We highly suggest our customer to purchase the insurance while confirming the method of shipment.
- Return expense for the alteration of products while receiving will be covered by seller.
