Shipping Policy
Shipping rate can be providing upon demand. We ship our product to our clients in two ways, one is if the customer order volume is below 100kgs we do door delivery; and if the order is in large volume, we dispatch at your nearest custom port or airport, from there you need to collect your goods. Or if you have your own plan or different way, you can inform us separately before order place.
Note: Shipping Charges depend on the gross weight of the shipment. If the shipment gross weight is high, the shipping rates come down; if the weight is lower the rates go up.
Return Policy
There is minimum chance to get default because we check the products for 3 times.Sometimes you may find minimal errors because they are handmade, so we request our customers to purchase them after thorough examination. If in case you find any problem while receiving, please inform us within one week by email . We will not accept any reclamation one week after receiving the goods. Goods damaged due to transportation will not be replaced.
