Nepal Foods, a brand initiated to bring the taste and culture of Nepal to the international market, is a venture started by young Nepali entrepreneurs with an aim to serve premium quality Nepali products in the market. This venture entered the market in 2018, and since then, the company has managed to cover markets all over UK and some parts of Europe. Capturing the essence of Nepali food and culture, The company aims to continue serving the best products and spread to other parts of the world as well.

28-year-old Nepali entrepreneur Bikash Nepal, with a vision of giving back to the country, realized the issues and limitations of Nepali products in the UK market. Thus, with his experience in marketing, he started this company to introduce and maintain premium quality Nepali products and establish a good market for Nepalese (living abroad) as well as international consumers.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be started within two working days after order confirmation.

Note: For the products which goes through request for quotation, the time (lead time and shipping time) may vary and will be decided by two parties (buyer & seller).

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

  • You can initiate the return process within 2 days of product receipt (delivery acknowledgement received) if it meets the following criteria:
    • Product must be in original condition
    • Fee while returning will be covered by customer
    • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide the proof return the product within 2 working days after you initiate the return process
  • The product(s) lost damaged because of shipment will be covered by the freight insurance of the freight forwarder (shipper). We highly suggest our customer to purchase the insurance while confirming the method of shipment.
  • Return expense for the alteration of products while receiving will be covered by seller.
