“Sirupate” is actually a word derived from a plant found in the hilly regions of Nepal. “ Siru” is the plant and “ Paat” means its leaf and this is what inspires the shape of the Sirupate Kukri. Its blade is slim , thin and Light and thus very effective kukri knife. It is the most famous amongst the locals and is the first name in tongue when one speaks of khukuri .Its light weight ,easy to cut and carry , very effective and efficient and its appealing look have always kept its demand high.
